-Sweep and mop floors

-Replace trash bags (if applicable)
-Sanitize washers and dryers
-Clear cobwebs in corners

Flat Rate Pricing:
-Breezeway Cleaning: $35 per breezeway
-Laundry Room Cleaning: $50 per laundry room

We recommend scheduling these services every two weeks. This frequency ensures that high-traffic areas stay clean and welcoming, maintaining a positive living environment for all residents.
